Shamus Flynn serves as a trusted advisor to clients across a range of industries. Having worked for some of the largest law and consulting firms in the United States, and having led Marines in combat, he operates best when the stakes are high. He combines the might and efficacy of a big law firm with the personal attention and individualized service of a boutique practice. Shamus has experience in both litigation and transaction matters, allowing him to help guide businesses through a variety of issues. Having previously clerked for the Honorable Johnnie B. Rawlinson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, he also boasts a deep understanding of appellate law at both the state and federal level.
